Losing weight is not that easy if you are an overweight person, but there are easy ways that you can do if you really want to make your excessive fats out of your system.   1. Avoid the foods that have a lot of fats content, but do not avoid all fatty foods; you just have to minimize eating fatty foods. There are some fatty foods that you should avoid to eat, because excessive fat is your number one problem.
  2. Reduce your yeast intake for at least 6 weeks and you can go back taking it in time, but you have to do it slowly. The foods that contains yeast are, ripe fruits and vegetables, left-over foods, synthetic cream, soy sauce, malt, yoghurt, sour cream, buttermilk and many more.
  3. Make meal plan for the whole week and follow it, you have to be determined and be honest to yourself that you are following what is on the plan.
  4. Stop eating sweets like candies, chocolates, sweetened drinks and soda, to lessen your sugar intake.
  5. Have a regular exercise for at least 3 – 4 times a week to burn calories and excessive fats on your body; this is the most important and a big part of your plan to lose weights.

If you really want to lose weight and to achieve your target, you have to commit in your plan and believe that you can. You also need to motivate yourself that you can do it, you have to be patient because if you wish to lose weight faster, you also gain it back faster.
